- hand washing: use cold water (up to 30°C) and a mild detergent for delicate fabrics. no machine washing! machine washing is the enemy of delicate fabrics and fittings.
- wringing: forget wringing. just gently press the fabric against a towel.
- drying: dry horizontally, out of the sun and away from the dryer.
- ironing: if you iron, iron only on the wrong side, through the fabric and on a low temperature.
