According to the law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” in the wording of the Government Decrees of 20.10.1998 № 1222, the return of underwear and clothing for home and leisure is not provided, if the products correspond to the declared size and fully meet the characteristics specified on the site.
Return and exchange is possible only if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the declared size.
The product can be returned/exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order. We advise you to complete the return and exchange procedure no later than 3 days from the date of receipt, so that the product arrives to us within the stipulated period. Only in this case we will be able to refund or exchange the product.
